University graduated (1985), then managerial studies at the Lancashire Business School. Four-semestrial post-graduate studies of facilitation at the Faculty of Philosophy, Charles University, Prague. Co-author and continual facilitator of the international workshop for team-building running under leadership of Prof. Dennis Meadows, University of New Hampshire.

When leading a training course, the facilitators usually works in pairs, at least one in the couple being a senior consultant. If only one facilitator is in play, she/he is as a rule joined by an assistant.
